Welcome to the Mt. Laurel Church of God website. We invite you to come out and share with us in a time of fellowship as we worship the Lord together. The following is a list of our Sunday services.
Sunday school each Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:25 a.m. - with classes for children and adults of all ages.
Sunday morning worship each Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. - our morning worship services include traditional as well as contemporary music, a children's message, a selection from either our Junior or Senior choir and a message from God's word by Pastor Martin.
We do have an infant and preschool nursery available during morning worship for your convenience.
We have seasonal Sunday evening worship services. They run September through December and March through April of the year from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and feature Christian entertainment suitable for the whole family.
Our mid-week services are held on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and run September through the middle of May of each year. Wednesday evenings we offer several different programs for all members of the family. Renewal service is an informal time to share a cup of coffee or tea and discuss issues from the Word of God. This group of adults meets in the small fellowship hall. Junior Choir is for children ages 4 years old through 6th grade and meets in the sanctuary. Youth Fellowship is for youth in 7th grade and older. Youth Fellowship consists of a time of devotions followed by a time of fellowship in the large fellowship hall.
Everyone can Serve...
Look for opportunities to serve; don’t wait to be asked! Remember: You can serve without being a part of an “official” ministry.
We all can:
• Extend the word of welcome, whether or not we are official greeters;
• Be listening, caring friends, whether or not we are official lay counselors;
• Be ready to give reason for the hope that is in us, whether or not we are on the evangelism team;
• Be enthusiastic participants and ready to give a hand, whether or not we are on the planning or cleanup committees.
